What do you need to prepare a quotation?
The property type and location, requested start date, days and hours, number of entrances or posts, and the duties you need covered. Pricing follows the scope and staffing requirements; we do not quote a one-size-fits-all rate.
Can I request overnight or temporary coverage?
Yes, tell us your dates and hours. Overnight and short-term assignments can be discussed. Staffing, site readiness and the contract must be confirmed before coverage is accepted.
What licence and insurance evidence can I request?
Ask for current agency-licence and insurance evidence when discussing the assignment. The agreement should identify Harrier Security Group Inc., the approved duties and applicable coverage. Additional or specialized work must be assessed separately.
What reporting should I expect?
The reporting format, frequency, recipients and escalation contacts are agreed for your site. The plan may include daily occurrence records, incident reports and shift handovers. Reports record observations and actions without making unsupported conclusions.
Can I request fire-watch or specialized duties?
These requests require separate assessment and written approval. Fire-watch work depends on an approved site plan and applicable authority requirements. The duties, training, equipment and insurance must be confirmed before a commitment is made.
Does guard coverage guarantee that incidents will not happen?
No security service can guarantee prevention of every theft, fire, injury or loss. Guards perform agreed duties with reasonable care and act within their lawful authority, training and approved scope.
How do I confirm a booking?
A quotation enquiry, phone call or email does not confirm a booking. Coverage begins after availability, assignment requirements and contract terms are agreed in a signed service agreement and approved site instructions.
Who should I contact in an emergency?
Call 911 for an immediate threat, fire or medical emergency. Website and quotation enquiries are for planning coverage and are not an emergency-dispatch service.
